We assist organisations foster a learning culture so employees can have similar knowledge and skills which will increase productivity. Learnerships assist existing employees to get qualifications at a reasonable cost as the employer covers the costs. This helps boost employee morale as it shows the organisation’s intent to invest in its people. Learnership also help organisations identify new talent either within the organisation or from a pool of unemployed youth. We support clients from initiation to completion and assist with claiming grants.
