Our Story
In my personal capacity as the founder and owner of Otolom Consutling, I have more than 15 years worth of experience in Training and Development which spans over multiple industries such as Vehicle Tracking, FMCG, Parastatal and Retail. I studied Industrial Sociology and Politics at Wits University and am also an Assessor, Moderator, Assessment Instrument Designer as well as a Skills Development Facilitator. My focus has been to create a culture of learning in all the organisations I have worked in and with, with specific focus on leadership development and personal development.

As a business we strive to make strong connections between personal growth and achieving business results as we understand the importance of running a profitable business. There is a team of collaborators made up of facilitators, coaches, Retail Operations specialist, e-learning practitioners who are all well-versed in their areas of specialisation. Collectively we strive to give the best industry advice to our clients and build strong and healthy working relationships.
